Chair Yoga for Scarsdale seniors with Judy Schwartzman will be held Mondays at 9 a.m. for eight weeks, Oct. 26 through Dec. 14. De-stress in this 45-minute seated and standing class as you move through poses to tone and stretch your body from head to toe to ease aches and pains, work on balance and use breath work to relax your mind.
